    Candidates should hold a minimum of three years Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in India/abroad in any discipline.

    Employed in a full-time job, with at least five years, measured in terms of calendar months, of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2013 in any public/private/government/non-government organization after graduation.
